Clarion Pointe Racine - Mount Pleasant Hotel

The hotel was beautifully decorated and cute, with clean and inviting spaces. The staff's attentiveness, especially as they were quick to assist and eager to ensure my comfort.

Softer seating options would enhance comfort for seniors.

The rooms were nice and clean

We couldn't adjust the thermostat above 68 degrees in room 201. Finally ended up unplugging the unit and had to cover it to keep the draft out

The whole facility was giving the "rundown" image.

My experience was disappointing due to several issues. Despite having a reservation, our room type was not honored and we were given an unsuitable option instead. The hotel also didn't resemble the advertised images, feeling more like a budget motel. This compounded with the rude reception when clarifying our service dog situation.

smelled like something was burning and we were on second floor. bathroom floor wasn't clean, would not walk on it barefoot!

The hotel was quiet and appealing, with handy location to the pond at the backside of the Inn. The queen room was brand-new with 2 full/queen beds, the bed was comfortable. Location next to as well an about 10-15 minutes from the beach as well as a wonderful restaurant.

The rooms sport decent size with comfortable beds, a notable setup for families. The breakfast offered a satisfying selection that hit the spot after a long day, hitting all the right marks with various options on display.

There's a significant issue with cleanliness, including trash left behind and unpleasant odors that linger in some of the rooms. The pet policy could use better clarity, as misunderstandings can lead to guests being turned away even with service animals in tow. The amenities could use some sprucing up. The lock systems on some doors don't function properly, which can be a hassle when returning from a long day exploring.

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly as well.

So, the breakfast hit the spot-hot and tasty even if options ran low by 8 am. Plus, I loved the hot tub space for unwinding after a long day exploring Racine! The room I had, a Standard King, felt clean and cozy-definitely a chill spot to crash.

But can we talk about the soft beds? I like a firm mattress, and this one just swallowed me up. The counter staff seemed a bit distracted-had to nudge 'em for help when I first walked in.

The room was clean and set up nicely , I could park my van right out my window I was going to stay just one night I checked out and that same day I call to get the same room for a extra night and the gave me the same room and a discount for the extra night Great deal

Comfort and Cleanliness

The room was super spacious and clean, made relaxing easy. Plus, there are a ton of restaurants nearby for munchies! On the flip side, the door was a pain to close, heard slamming all night, kinda woke us up. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't say much there.

This hotel fits me perfectly with great amenities like fast wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me print important documents during my first stay, and I remember their kindness. Highly recommend staying here!

Breakfast was a tad 'lame'. Eggs were little patties, reminded me of the worst in military food. Biscuits were small and very dry
